Fear is the enemy of HOPE
According to Proverbs 22:7 “The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.”
God has called us to be managers that are committed to stewarding whatever gifts we have received from Him.
We are to be wise, fruitful, faithful, trustworthy, multiplying, and shrewd stewards.
Living debt free and generous lives providing an inheritance for our children and grand children.
Don't choose to live in a cycle of debt instead of taking steps to become debt-free and receiving financial peace!
"Then I heard a voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Then I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
~ Isaiah 6:8

Let no debt remain outstanding except the continuing debt to love one another.
~ Romans 13:8
Debt Elimination (Debt Snowball)
It looks something like this:
Step 1: List your debts from smallest to largest regardless of interest rate.
Step 2: Make minimum payments on all your debts except the smallest.
Step 3: Pay as much as possible on your smallest debt.
Step 4: Repeat until each debt is paid in full.
But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

Your financial coach will educate you on the basics of personal finance and work with you
to create a financial plan that reflects your goals. You'll be empowered to take responsibility for your
decisions and provide accountability to work and to implement the lessons you learn.
The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.
~ Proverbs 16:9

College Planning and Student Loans
Every year, students leave billions of dollars in grant and scholarship money unclaimed.
In 2015, that number was reported to be nearly $3 billion.
Americans owe more than 1.4 trillion in student loans.
Approximately 44 million Americans have student loan debt.
Be not one of those who give pledges, who put up security for debts. If you have nothing with which to pay, why should your bed be taken from under you?
~ Proverbs 22:26-27
Credit Report Reviews
You’re allowed one free copy of your credit report every year from each of the major credit-reporting agencies.
But the reports aren’t automatically mailed to you... you have to ask for them!
And since each agency keeps different details on file, it’s worth checking with all three.
If you play your cards right, you can even stagger them so you’re getting a free report nearly every quarter.

A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the sinner's wealth is laid up for the righteous.

Wealth Checkup/Estate Planning
A wealth check up is equal to a medical checkup, which helps you identify
opportunities and threats of your financial and administrative status.
Estate planning is the legal and financial process of “passing the baton” to the next generation.
It’s making sure that responsibility and wealth are transferred to the right people in the right way.
Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed,
respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.
~ Romans 13:7
Coaching Through Collections
Debt collection begins when you’re past due on a bill or just about anything you owe money on.
When you haven’t showed signs of paying on the bill the company will usually send your account to collections.
Often times, these companies will sell your debt to a collection agency for pennies on the dollar.
Other times, the original company will just hire out a collection agency to be their muscle and “make you an offer you can’t refuse.”
Spoiler alert: You can refuse their offer—but more on that later.
It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay.
~ Ecclesiastes 5:5
Bankruptcy and Alternate Options
Nobody thinks filing for bankruptcy is a great idea. Even quality bankruptcy attorneys
will tell you it is a last resort. The fear, the shame, the guilt—it turns your world upside down.
Although someone might do everything possible to avoid bankruptcy,
sometimes good people still have to go through it.
But it’s definitely not an easy out, but wait! There may be alternate options.
And he said to them, " Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."
~ Luke 12:15
Foreclosures and Mortgages
100% of foreclosures are on houses with a mortgage! Foreclosure is the legal process by which a lender
attempts to recover the amount owed on a defaulted loan by taking ownership of and selling the mortgaged property.
Let's discuss your options. Best way to pay for a home is with cash. It may sound crazy, but people like you do it every day!
If that’s not feasible for you, the next best thing is a smart home mortgage loan. A bad mortgage product can be a liability in your financial portfolio.
A home should be a blessing to your family, not a financial nightmare!
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
~ Jeremiah 29:11
Retirement planning is the process of figuring out how much money you’ll need to save for retirement
and then putting a plan in place to get there. Retirement isn't an age— it's a financial number! Which are you planning for?
The count down of a "TICKING BOMB" or a "CELEBRATION!"
Keep your life free from the love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said," I will never leave you nor forsake you."
~ Hebrews 13:5

Investment Review and Guidance
Knowing how to deal with debt is easy—pay it off! Investing, however, isn’t quite so simple. Most people have questions about
when and how to invest their money. Just remember, investing is personal. A financial adviser or investment professional can help
you create a retirement plan that’s right for you. Any successful investment strategy relies on a firm financial foundation, so it’s absolutely critical
to lay the groundwork for financial success.
For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?
~ Luke 14:28
Cash Flow Management
A budget is just a plan. It’s not a restriction on spending.
It’s a plan for what you’ll do with your money.
It’s a plan for what’s coming in and what’s going out.
When you budget every month, you’re giving your money purpose.
You’re taking control.
Paul wrote that if two people marry that they have not sinned, but that they will have "trouble" (1 Corinthians 7:28) Did you hear that? God predicts trouble. When you stand at the altar, hand in hand, you’re saying “I do” to everything—the good, the bad and the ugly that will certainly come your way. And you can bet that money problems are going to come your way. How you manage money can make or break your marriage. And since money and marriage are so intertwined, when these conversations or arguments happen, it’s hard to tell whether the issue is money or marriage. FOFFC will stand in agreement in unity to say "I DO!" to financial freedom! FOFFC will be willing to help with the referral should your situation reveal the need for a marriage counselor.

Praise God! I just paid off my car!
A year ago at this time I was behind on ALL my bills, 2 months behind on my mortgage...I lost a lot of money into a business I had invested in and listened to a wrong influencing business leader using Gods words. Not trusting myself...or the ones God truly assigned in my life to help me. I started this journey...submitting to Kingdom process, listening to my financial coach Leann and allowing a renewing of my mind...shedding off the old and trusting the new way of Kingdom thinking with money...
Doors opened and shut for me...in the midst of the chaos of the world...I thrived even more!
Trusting Him to lead me with leaps of faith getting out of my comfortable self and step out to places where the Lord needed my gifts and talents even greater! While earning a better income!
